Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of software, licenses, and digital downloads are final and non-refundable once delivery has been confirmed. We encourage customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase.
However, if you experience technical issues or receive a corrupted or non-functional file, please contact our support team within 3 days of purchase at info@agtechdevelopers.com. We will work with you to provide a replacement or fix the issue.
2. Custom Development Services
Payments for custom development services (e.g., website development, API integrations, app development) are non-refundable once the project has commenced and milestones have been approved.
If you are unsatisfied with a specific phase or milestone:

3. Physical Products (if applicable)
